These general terms and conditions (the "General Conditions") apply when you, as a consumer (the "Customer"), place an order on www.cobelio.com and all its related pages (the "Website"). This agreement constitutes a contract between you and COBELIO, located in Rubí, Barcelona. Detailed contact information and further details about COBELIO are available on the Website. These General Conditions are applicable to customers who are consumers.
1.2
COBELIO will not be liable for sold-out products or any typographical or image errors on the Website, such as errors in the product description, technical specifications, inaccurate pricing, price adjustments (e.g., changes from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or incorrect information about stock availability. COBELIO reserves the right to correct such errors and to change or update all related information at any time. If an inaccurate price has been established for a product ordered by the Customer, COBELIO will notify the Customer immediately and await their approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. COBELIO is not responsible for information provided by third parties on the Website.

The Website and all its content are the property of COBELIO. All information is protected under intellectual property and marketing legislation.
2. Contracts and Orders
2.1
To place an order via the Website, the Customer must accept the General Conditions. By accepting these General Conditions, the Customer agrees to comply with them in full and acknowledges having read all the information regarding personal data and cookies, consenting to their use in accordance with COBELIO's Privacy Policy.
2.2
A purchase agreement is concluded when COBELIO confirms the Customer's order. This is done when the Customer receives an order confirmation email from COBELIO. Customers are encouraged to save the order confirmation for future reference when contacting COBELIO's customer service. The Customer has the right to cancel their order until it has been confirmed by COBELIO. If the order is canceled, COBELIO will refund all payments made by the Customer or their credit card/payment provider.
2.3
COBELIO operates as a B2C studio, selling to individuals through its online shop. COBELIO provides a receipt detailing all purchased items, including VAT and customer information provided during payment.
3. Customer Information
3.1
When placing an order, the Customer must provide personal information. The Customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete, being responsible for any errors. 4. Fees, Prices, and Payment
4.1
The prices listed on the Website apply to all orders placed there. Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. Payment and shipping costs are presented separately.
4.2
The Customer can pay for their purchase using the methods specified on the Website. COBELIO reserves the right to charge the Customer upon order placement and to restrict or change payment methods for any reason at the time of order fulfillment. 5. Special Offers
5.1
Coblio may, at any time, provide special offers with terms that are more favorable than these General Conditions (e.g., extended withdrawal periods or discounts). Such conditions are valid only during the offer's period and apply exclusively to the specified products. COBELIO reserves the right to withdraw any special offers at any time. Upon withdrawal, these General Conditions will resume full application.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1
Products in stock are typically delivered within the timeframes specified on the Website. Delivery occurs no later than 30 business days after order confirmation unless otherwise agreed (e.g., pre-ordering unavailable items). For details, visit the delivery information page on the Website.
6.2
The expected delivery timeframe is included in the order confirmation and on the shipping page of the Website. If delivery is delayed by over 30 business days due to no fault of the Customer, the Customer may cancel their purchase.
6.3
For packages requiring pickup, the Customer must retrieve them within the specified timeframe. Identification and the order number may be required. Failure to collect may incur a fee of €35.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1
The Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period, as per applicable consumer protection laws.
7.2
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically.
7.3
If a product is sealed, the Customer must not break the seal to retain their right of withdrawal.
8. Complaints and Warranty
8.1
Some products may have warranties covering manufacturing defects but excluding damage caused by modifications or improper handling.
8.2
Defective products can be returned per applicable consumer protection laws, with Cobelio covering the return costs for approved complaints.
