Delivery times
When you complete your order you receive a confirmation email with all the details. From there we prepare and pack your work by hand within 1-3 business days — we do not send it out until it is properly protected. We then hand it to the carrier and you receive a second email with the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and the clock starts when the parcel leaves our studio. These times may vary if something outside our control comes up, above all customs formalities.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: although they are Spanish territory, they have their own customs regime. Shipments require export documentation, may be held for a few days and can incur local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) payable on arrival.
How we pack
All works ship from Barcelona. We pack each piece with rigid cardboard and cushioning material, unframed, so it arrives in perfect condition. Whenever possible we use lower-impact materials, though protecting the work comes first.
Order tracking
All orders ship with tracking. If you cannot locate your parcel or have any doubt about the delivery, email us your order number at .
If your artwork arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours at , attaching photos of the outer box, the inner packaging and the piece. Keep all the packaging until we confirm how to proceed. All shipments are insured and we resolve it at no cost to you: depending on the case and your preference, we repair the work, replace it with another of equal value, or refund you in full.
If you are not at home
If nobody is there, the carrier will usually leave the parcel at a nearby pickup point and notify you. They normally hold it for 7 business days. If it is not collected within that time the parcel returns to us, and a second delivery attempt is at the buyer's expense. The same applies if an order comes back due to an incorrect address.
Deliveries outside the European Union
Outside the EU, local taxes and import duties may apply. They are not included in our prices, they vary by country and are collected by the carrier or the local authorities. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed because those charges were not paid, additional costs may arise.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the work to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. We explain it in full in our .
