Our commitment

Every COBELIO artwork is a unique, handmade piece — photography transferred onto plaster relief — and it leaves our Barcelona studio carefully packed and in perfect condition. If something is not right, we will solve it. Here is how returns work, clearly and without small print.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you buy online as a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the artwork, without giving any reason. To exercise it, email us at [email protected] within that period, indicating your order number. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required — a simple email is enough.

2. Condition and return shipping

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging (please keep it during the first days). As these are fragile, one-of-a-kind pieces, we ask you to use a tracked, insured shipping service. The direct cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer. We recommend contacting us first: we will help you choose the safest way to pack and ship the piece.

3. Refund

Once we receive the artwork and verify its condition, we will refund the full amount paid, including the original standard delivery, within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method of your purchase. We may withhold the refund until the artwork is back with us or you provide proof of shipment, whichever comes first.

4. Artwork damaged in transit

All shipments are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the box and the piece before anything else and write to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will take care of everything: depending on the case and your preference, repair, replacement by another work of equal value, or full refund — at no cost to you.

5. Exceptions

Commissioned works created to the client’s specifications (custom size, motif or colours) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as provided by EU consumer law. This will always be indicated clearly before you confirm a commission.
